YIN Jianwen is an inventor, computer expert, and intellectual property operations and achievement transformation expert with a doctorate in computing. He’s been an international consultant at the China Intellectual Property Operation Alliance, and a member of the Guangdong Provincial Achievement Transformation Expert Group. He’s also been a practical expert consultant at Hengqin Intellectual Property Trading Center. Currently he serves as co-founder and vice president of the Austin Chinese Chamber of Commerce, consultant of the Austin Chapter of the China American Semiconductor Association, and director of the Texas Investment Association.
