Xiangming received his Master of pharmacology from the Academy of Military Medical Sciences and his Master of Economic Law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. Furthermore, he has a PhD in Business Administration from European University in Switzerland and was a postdoctoral fellow in Finance at Boston University. He’s been an international intellectual property strategy expert, a managing partner at David & Raymond International Patent Group and  Shanghai Decheng Capital Investment Co., Ltd., as well as chairman of Shanghai Kanglan Pharmaceutical Development Co., Ltd. and president of the European University Shanghai Alumni Association. At Tongji University he was a Medical Law and Knowledge Researcher of the Property Research Center and has been an expert advisor at Yangtze River Delta Biomedicine Industrial Park and the Industry Circle. Finally, he’s a member of Biomedical Intellectual Property Committee of China Health Law Society, a supervisor of Intellectual Property Branch of China Business Federation, an Expert of Shanghai Entrepreneurship Guidance Volunteers, and a supervisor of the Ningbo Cross-border E-Commerce Association. He’s a visiting professor of Zhejiang Wanli University Law School.
